Forever&Always

I remember learning that the key to happiness is gratefulness. You don’t need to own all the materialistic items you want to enjoy your life; just learn to accept things the way they are and appreciate what you have. I heard from somewhere that if you sat down for about 5 minutes every night and wrote 5 things that you were grateful for that day, you would get a little bit happier. I used to be consistent with doing it every night during the summer, but lately I’ve been slacking. I decided tonight that i’m going to find my notebook and start doing it again. Maybe it’ll bring a little big more happiness and joy into my life. (:
